Job Description

Objective of the role
Leading our sales efforts, focusing on building direct sales to key accounts and developing a network of agents to sell to SMEs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy of a growing energy company and drive significant impact in the market. 

Essential responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve company goals, focusing on direct sales to key accounts and building a network of agents for SME sales
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Develop and manage a network of external sales brokers and business partners to expand market reach
  • Play a key role in negotiating and closing sales agreements and contracts
  • Develop and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to the development of sales strategies based on industry change
  • Create and implement innovative solutions and products for clients, leveraging industry trends and customer insights
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and team performance to the executive team

 

Qualifications

  • Solid background in the Polish energy space is a must
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in key account management and sales strategy development, strong network in the Polish energy market is essential
  • Academic degree in business/engineering  
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales goals, and leading a sales team, especially in B2B sales
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards common goals 
  • Fluency in Polish and English
