ABOUT THE ROLE

As we strive to grow our energy solution business, MET Energia Italia is now looking for a talented Energy Efficiency Solutions Junior Developer.

In this role, reporting to the Head of EES, you will have immediate exposure to the Business Development of Energy Efficiency and Renewables Energies and will have the chance to quickly acquire the skills and knowledge that would allow you to play a distinctive role in our highly professional environment, in this or potentially other areas and geographies within MET Group.

As initial tasks you will be required to bring your contribution to building the process related the Energy Communities set up, support the design of PV plant and the business development of EES in general. In particular, you will:

• Support the Head of Energy Efficiency Solution during the study of the projects and new business activities.
•  Build the process related to the energy communities set up. Menage all the activities related to GSE, Energy Distributor, TERNA and Energy Communities in order to achieve all the authorizations and certifications related to the business;
• Support MET Italia’s Key Account Sales and Commodity Sales Business activities by providing tailor made EES solutions to these customers’ clusters, with the purpose to extend the life of the commodity contracts and generate additional P&L contribution.
• Develop MET Energia Italia knowledge about energy efficiency, environmental regulation and market dynamics, as well as about the prevailing or potential technologies / solutions that might be implemented in the future.
• Develop new business areas and manage any new ideas proactively.

ABOUT YOU

You are an Energy Engineer, an Environmental Engineer or have a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

You are able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems, also thanks to your analytical and mathematical skills

You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
