The Hungarian team of MET Central Europe, E2 Hungary Zrt., which is active in the Hungarian energy market and provides complex energy services, is looking for a new employee for its Operational Development and Transformation team. As a member of the MET Group, an integrated energy company based in Switzerland and operating in 15 European countries, E2 Hungary is responsible for the entire commercial activity of the company group in Hungary in the field of natural gas and electricity sales, as well as energy efficiency and submetering services.

Following tasks will await you

• support  diverse, complex projects involving several areas,
• conducting surveys and analyzes along the lines of business processes and emerging needs (problems, dependencies, opportunities) with the involvement of the affected areas, developing different solution options,
• cooperation with the business area in the planning of business processes, maintaining contact with the IT area in the planning of IT support for the processes,
• creation of related process descriptions and documentation.

What we ask of you

• higher education (economic or technical field)
• 3-5 years of experience in operational development or process development
• consultant vision, project approach, and the ability to achieve change,
• knowledge of process modeling tools, good analytical and problem-solving skills,
• quick acquisition of new knowledge, proactivity, independent work,
• negotiable active English language skills, because we will have projects where you will need it.
