• Support LNG cargo nominations and counterpart liaisons in a prompt and timely manner
• Maintain good operational communication and relationship with external operators, partners, terminals, surveyors, customs agents, regulators
• Support terminal/pipeline capacity cost calculations and analysis
• Reconcile and coordinating with internal legal, credit and treasury teams
• Update and reconciliating internal systems (e.g. ENDUR, ELO) with back office and IT teams after nominations
• Model LNG cargo business cases
• Run reports on a daily basis
• Assist on research about LNG markets and regulations

• BA or MA degree, preferably in engineering or economics or law
• Accurate and meticulous in execution of tasks
• Strong numerical, reading and analytical skills (VBA is a plus)
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and time sensitivity
• Capability to work independently as well as cooperate within a team
• High level of initiative and resourcefulness to complete tasks from start to finish
• Motivated to learn and develop herself/himself in different aspects
• Previous experience in supply chain or physical commodity operations would be advantageous but not required
