Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensures the quality of reported financials and performs continuous monitoring on the sales processes
• Proactively monitors and controls financial performance and support decision making
• Active participation in the budgeting, planning process
• Participation in market and credit risk assessment processes, periodic closings
• Supporting the decision making of the management by long and short term strategic and sales performance analysis
• Supporting the business strategy by monitoring the value generation
• Ad-hoc analyses, tasks

• have at least 2-3 years of work experience in controlling or financial reporting
• hold a university or college degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economics
• at fluent in English
• have strong MS Office skills (VBA, SQL, Power Bi is a plus)
• have good analytical skills

• hold strong communication skills
