MET International AG (METI) was established in 2010 in order to consolidate and develop MET Group’s international natural gas sales and purchase portfolio, as well as to establish a trading arm for commodity lines. 

METI is responsible for providing highly competitive supply structures to its gas and power sales affiliates, originating additional positions on the European wholesale and the international LNG markets, as well as trading around international positions.

• Cover the international players on the Hungarian natural gas market and support the international origination team covering the Central and Eastern European regions engaged in regional cross-border natural gas activities 
• Contribute to negotiation origination and contracting processes
• Develop and foster external and internal counterparty relationships
• Manage internal stakeholders, contract execution and optimization during the lifecycle
• Elaborate business case proposals and commercial development strategies
• Prepare market analysis and business intelligence 
   

• 2+ year professional experience in natural gas wholesale or business development
• Structured, solution orientated and analytical approach to problem solving
• Fluent English languages skill, Hungarian a plus
• Leverageable network in the natural gas sector and familiarity with the pipeline capacity auction and pricing mechanisms a clear advantage
