As member of the Group level controlling team you will report directly to the Group Head of Controlling and FP&A based in our headquarters in Switzerland. 

Essential responsibilities:

• Ensure accounting in line with applicable policies
• Ongoing invoice and expenses review and inter-company reconciliation
• Service fee calculation, related accruals, invoicing, communication
• Payment control: payment list review and payments approval
• Cash management: FX, monitor and request financing as needed
• Support statutory/IFRS closing and external annual audit
• Support budgeting and forecasting of cost and group recharge
• Support preparation of monthly cost center reports
• Support preparation of monthly management reports

Requirements:

• University/College degree in finance/accounting
• 4-5 years controlling experience gained at an audit firm/international corporate
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Outstanding Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with MS Navision and Tagetik is an advantage
