      Job Description

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for mid-level roles and maintain regular contact with possible future prospects.
      • Evaluate candidates through screening and interview process and then present to clients via Vendor Management System (VMS) technology.
      • Provide status reports on open requisitions and recruiting activities to MEDVACON team members and managers.
      • Recruit and support other hiring needs/openings within the organization.
      • Participate and contribute during team meetings.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications:

      • 2+ years sourcing or recruiting pharmaceutical professionals within a corporate or agency/search firm setting.
      • Ability to create and run complex Boolean searches using Linked In and Linked In Recruiter
      • Experience using various recruitment tools including job boards, social media and networking.
      • Comprehension of full life cycle recruitment, and ability to handle and prioritize assignments in a dynamic environment.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
