As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business goals while performing core HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. What would you be doing?
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives that align with the business goals and objectives.
- Providing guidance and advice to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Supporting the recruitment and retention of top talent through effective talent management practices
- Responsible for designing and implementing the performance management system
- Implement career development, and succession planning.
- Conducting workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles at the right time, and to anticipate and address talent gaps.
- Implementing HR initiatives and programs to promote employee engagement, productivity, and retention, such as wellness programs, employee recognition programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to make data-driven decisions that support the organization's goals.
- Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
Technical skills and work experience
- Bilingual – English and Spanish required.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
