Job Description
- Responsible for desktop and notebook setup, software installations, configuration, troubleshoot,
relocation for office and production environment. - Responsible for user creations, deletion and maintenance for emails, server, printers, VPN,
phones and etc. - Software to support includes desktop Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft office and office
365, Outlook, Microsoft active directory and etc. - Provide support and troubleshoot for all IT network and equipment which includes Wifi and
network issues, equipment maintenance, new equipment setup and also ensure all IT network
and equipment security are up to date. - Implement upgrades to existing IT infrastructure, hardware and also backup solutions internally
or working with vendor. - Involve in data collection in terms of pc/network usage details and compile reports based on the
data collected. - Supporting hours: 8:30 - 5:30, Monday until Friday
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Technology, troubleshooting Techniques
- PC Architecture, Operational System and LAN/WAN knowledge

Salary Range:
- Starting range RM1,800 to RM2,500
