Job Description

The Quality Specialist is responsible for quality checks, quality reports, training, creating, and updating workflow diagrams, work instructions, and other documents in support of ongoing or new customer business.  The Quality Specialist will also be responsible for updating existing work instructions, workflow diagrams, and assist with maintaining quality control check lists. 

  • Check process and units to ensure their accuracy
  • Quality reporting and documentation
  • Identification of process gaps or variations
  • Utilize collected information to document employee onboarding
  • Work closely with other members of the STL Leadership and Technical Team to document processes and update existing documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and to sustain positive relationships with team members, managers and customers
