Job Description

The Enterprise Configuration Team Lead works closely with a conjunction of teams to facilitate expeditious assignment of tasks to the tech center staff on a daily basis. In addition the team lead is the first point of escalation for the staff when an issue or discrepancy is discovered in production. The lead is also responsible for understanding the time estimate, project schedule and deliverables for all projects within their tier. Job duties include: 

  • Assignment of daily production tasks
  • Work with subject matter experts to update project documentation as required
  • Monitor daily production schedules to ensure compliance with SLAs and delivery requirements
  • Communicate project issues to  to STLEUC Management and project management staff
  • Validate accuracy of picking tickets for inventory delivered to technology center.
  • Assign required customer VPN connectivity to workbenches as required
  • Act as technical escalation point for technology center staff.
  • Continue normal Configuration Technician tasks per job description for relevant position.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience in the configuration lab at MCPc
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and lead others
