Job Description

The Help Desk Technician role (Level II) will receive escalated PC and peripheral support and maintenance within the organization's end user computing environment. This position:

  • Installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and upgrades all hardware and software equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance
  • Troubleshoots problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) within the helpdesk environment  
  • Provides quality customer experience in a timely and accurate fashion

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk environment
  • Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and VDI
  • Active Directory skills are a plus
