Job Description

As a member of the newly created HCM (Human Capital Management) team, the Senior HR Coordinator will have the opportunity to enhance and improve the way MCPc shapes its culture in the following areas:

 Employee Onboarding:

  • HRIS Management and Enhancement
  • Creating and Administering Training Programs
  • Assuring New Hires have a positive and meaningful experience

 Employee Engagement:

  • Create compelling communications for companywide updates
  • Own employee events such as company picnics, wellness, and cookouts 
  • Review and make recommendations on pay grades to ensure equity and inclusion

 Continuous Improvement:

  • Development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Dedication to improve our processes by making them more efficient and scalable. 
  • Make recommendations of new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continuous improvement at MCPc. 
  • Attend HR related events and meetings
  • Stay up to date on employee law and compliance
  • Serve the needs of MCPc employees as well as the communities we serve.
  • Other duties as assigned

Location/Community:

MCPc is a global organization, but we are headquartered in Cleveland, OH which is a source of pride for everyone here at MCPc. MCPc has an unwavering commitment to the Northeast Ohio area and we show this through a culture of giving back to the community.   This role will be located at MCPc’s Cleveland SkyPark facility located next to Hopkins Airport.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office and prior HRIS experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Professional
