Job Description

Role you will play:

  • Partnering with MCPc Hiring Managers, Customers, and Vendors, and Sales Associate; work to identify the top IT Talent to support MCPc/Customer Technology initiatives.
  • Utilize tools such as Indeed and Linked In to identify IT talent that fits MCPc’s IT needs.
  • Provide world class service to MCPc customers, employees, and potential candidates.
  • Present offers, assist with onboarding, and other administrative tasks.

Location/Community: MCPc is a global organization, but we are headquartered in Cleveland, OH which is a source of pride for everyone here at MCPc. MCPc has an unwavering commitment to the Northeast Ohio area and we show this through a culture of giving back to the community.   This role is located in at MCPc STAD in Old Brooklyn.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high volume recruiting function, preferably with a Recruiting/Talent firm/agency.
  • Experience identifying and qualifying Technical Talent and presenting job opportunities.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience allocating technical resources to fulfill project engagements.
