Job Description

The Proposal Specialist will work closely with sales, marketing, product specialist, solution architects, professional services, operations, and other groups as necessary to coordinate a winning client response. They will also be responsible for drafting and project managing the RFP process and maintaining the corporate boilerplate. Responsibilities include:

  • Fully manage client RFI/RFP process and responses
  • Respond to information request from clients and partners
  • Establish best practices and list of standards/assumptions
  • Draft/update/maintain RFP templates, service descriptions and other standard response language used to proposals and RFPs
  • Liaison between sales, solution architects and operations throughout the RFI/RFP Process
  • Survey clients/prospects on lost RFP’s and create lessons learned document

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2 years of industry writing experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced sales environment
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices associated with the development of an RFP response
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams
