Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration within the staffing department and project management for client services. Develops and implements standards to ensure compliance with customer needs and staffing requirements. Works closely with sales management, field services and account management to develop and maintain best practices for excellent customer satisfaction and execution of projects.

The Staffing Coordinator is a key member of the Field Operations team at MCG. In this role, the team member will be responsible for the part-time employee life cycle, and act as overall support for the Field Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development, implementation, execution and ongoing success of national part-time training and on-boarding initiatives
  • Oversees the on-boarding process: system maintenance, new hire surveys, training, and certification
  • Drive recruiting performance through the development and implementation of key staffing reports
  • Supervises expenses in a web reporting system
  • Executes and advises on Field Policy and Procedure change initiatives
  • Provides admin support for web-based reporting systems and ATS
  • Administer training webinars, videos and other digital media as per request
  • On as-needed basis, assist with other Field Operation duties


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of retail/on-boarding experience or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated analytical skills & workflow management to meet deadlines. Multi-tasking is critical
  • Strong interpersonal skills & organizational skills
  • Excellent professional written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Able to utilize Excel formulas effectively (i.e., VLOOKUP, IF, etc.)
  • Familiar with recruiting best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML preferred
