•Manage daily accounting and reporting activities

•Accountable for leading the Financial close process for all related entities (including North America, UK/Europe, Holding Companies and Retail)

•Financial planning and analysis on results of operations

•Responsible to maintain, develop and implement internal control systems with potential to adopt additional financial and accounting policies as needed

•Responsible for the preparation of financial reports for monthly bank reporting and support of quarterly/annual bank audits as needed

•Accountable for leading external auditors during year-end audit

•Revision and due diligence of purchase and sales agreements and/or contracts (e.g. sales representation and distribution agreements, vendor SLAs and vendor setup forms)

•Key Liaison with major partners including but not withstanding bank, 3PL warehousing, product manufacturers, commercial insurance, freight forwarder, etc.

•Assist and support in special projects as necessary

•Initiation of forecasting and budgeting process

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Designation an asset

•Minimum 5 years of work experience in public accounting including minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion industry/Wholesale

•Solid accounting skills

•Advanced Microsoft Office skills

•Deadline driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
