We are looking for an Outerwear & Knitwear Designer (freelance) to join the Matt & Nat Family.  Our working environment is positive and welcoming. -Design and create technical drawings on Illustrator

-Source new materials/trims

-Develop and update tech packs

-Measure and fit samples from prototypes to production stage

-Provide grading for production

-Ensure sizing accuracy and quality control standards are met throughout the development of collection

-Shipment sample inspection

-All other tasks and requirements in design and production related to outerwear/knitwear categories

-Minimum 3 years design experience for outerwear & knitwear

-Minimum 3 years fit and spec experience

-Stong technical skills in wovens

-Highly knowledgeable of garment construction, fit, and workmanship and able to communicate ideas and corrections through tech packs

-Able to manage timelines and follow seasonal calendar

-Working knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop/Microsoft Office

-DEC in Fashion Design
