Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruitment across various disciplines for the corporate office and assist with recruitment for the retail division.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures, ensuring application and alignment with the organization's mission.
  • Provide consultative support and solutions on all people related matters including, but not limited to employee relations, performance issues, etc.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Participate in job evaluations, salary recommendations, and market analysis.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Facilitate and conduct training as required.
