Job Description

This position is will facilitate the movement of goods utilizing a Sit Down forklift and RF mobile device from staging area to outbound trailers.  This position will require material handling equipment and RF mobile device certification. 

  • $800 Sign-on Bonus
  • 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) Monday through Friday
  • $17.25/hr

Principle Responsibilities

  • Daily inspection of Material Handling Equipment.
  • Performs Outbound function adhering to preferred methods.
  • Inspects products for damage prior to loading to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizes RF Scanner to move goods from Staging to Outbound Mode of Transportation.
  • Ensures pallet is sturdy and safe to arrive at customer location.
  • Performs general housekeeping in warehouse.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

A loader will be considered for promotional opportunities by demonstrating a strong work ethic, being at work and on time while remaining safe and productive throughout their day.  The next step for a loader will include additional RF training and cross training to assist with unloading and runner/stager functions.

A fully trained cross functional and certified Sit Down Forklift Operator will be groomed to become a Flatbed Loader.   

Education/Experience:

  • Ideal candidate would have one year MAT Logistics experience.
  • External candidates, minimum 1 year RF and Warehouse experience.
  • Loader requires Material Handling Equipment Certification, prior experience preferred.
