Responsibilities

• Post incoming payments.
• Work with customer portals for submitting disputes and retrieving information.
• Identify past due invoices and email friendly payment reminders.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate collection comments on customer’s account.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Obtain proof of deliveries from freight carrier websites.
• Create and maintain various daily, monthly and quarterly reports utilizing SAP and Excel.
• Other projects as assigned.

• Data entry with high level of accuracy and speed
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
• Thrive in a fast-paced and high volume work environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel
• Well organized, detail oriented, highly accurate and self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn
