Job Description

Midwest Air Technologies seeks an Marketing Coordinator to maintain product data in customer’s .com systems, monitor execution and improve results. This position will assist in accelerating the MATI division’s sales, conversion rates and channel support.  This is a full time permanent position in Long Grove, Illinois.

 

Principle Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interact with customers’ eCommerce websites to optimize the consumer experience and significantly increase sales.
  • Manage 3rd party and company owned websites, write and improve online content copy and bullet points that convert, on customer websites, including new item set up.
  • Monitor and report out status of SERP placement of MATI products on external websites.
  • Correct anomalies on external websites, dimensional data, shipping changes.
  • Collaborate with product managers to tailor accurate, informative product content that aligns with the MATI Brand voice and loyalty messaging
  • Owner of the e-commerce KPI: 'Perfect Sku' drive all improvements to reach goals.
  • Owner of MATI Product information pages on our customers' websites.
  • Create the Voice of Customer report and provide recommendations of improvements to product marketing team.
  • Partner with product managers to tailor accurate, informative responses to online product reviews.  Strengthen communications with our customers to increase product quality and innovation opportunities
  • In all activities, produce to the agreed upon timeline and promotional calendars.
  • Proof and edit online content in the above marketing channels written by others.
  • Recommend “seeds” selection, acquire product, package for shipment and report on outcome.

Education/Experience:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Internship or other work experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel data analysis and summary capabilities
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Analytical skills including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Excel.
