Job Summary

Sanitation will primarily engage in housekeeping and building maintenance projects.   

Principle Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean environment
• Comply with all safety, security and company policies and procedures
• Utilize power equipment / EPJ, compactor, bailer, power washer
• Operate manual hand jack (when not certified in PIT equipment)
• Maintain and change power equipment battery and minimal preventive maintenance
• May include project work as directed by leadership
• Work at a steady pace, must be able to lift 10-50 pounds  throughout the shift
• Some outdoor activities, pick up garbage, wood, shovel snow from doors and walk ways
• Sweeping an mopping as required
• ·      
• Performing general maintenance / other duties as assigned
