This role necessitates working in an office environment located in Long Grove, Illinois.

We are looking for an extremely reliable Accounts Receivable professional with strong communication, math aptitude, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Interact daily with customers by phone and email regarding payment status of past due invoices (business to business collections)
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies (deduction management)
• Apply cash receipts in SAP
• Assist in creating and maintaining credit management files
• Calculate and prepare customer rebates
• Verify and prepare documents for direct import shipments prior to invoicing
• Prepare various daily, monthly and quarterly reports utilizing SAP and Excel
• Other projects as assigned

Competencies/Education/Experience:

• Associates degree or higher preferred
• B2B collection experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in Excel
• Effective, professional and clear communicator
• Have the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume work environment
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and self-motivated
• Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently
• Accurate entry of key customer data
• SAP experience a plus
• Team player with a willingness to learn
