The Assistant Product Analyst will support the product managers in a wide range of important activities that ensure MATI continues to deliver value-enriched products to our channel and customers.  The ideal candidate must have a “roll up the sleeves and get the job done right the first time” mindset.

The role will be expected to work approx 25 hours per week out of our Long Grove location. The days/hours are somewhat flexible.

Primary Responsibilities

·         Responsible for assisting the product managers with product specification and customer item set-up (7 hours)

·         Assist the product managers in conducting on-going market and competitive analysis including comp-shops (4 hours)

·         Execute POS data analysis by product category (3 hours)

·         Act as the product management coordinator for on-line customer review management (3 hours)

·         Assist the product managers with NPI follow-ups and administration (3 hours)

·         Other duties as assigned by product managers and marketing director (4 hours)

·         Maintain / update data in SAP
