Job Description:

A utility worker is a highly skilled, dependable individual that can be cross trained throughout the whole facility to handle the following:

•         Absences of Temporary or Full Time Workers

•         Ensure Increased Production Levels Are Met

•         Provide Training to New Employees 

•         Light Maintenance Projects

•         Continuous Refurb. and Rework volume

Job Requirements:

•         Strong Mechanical and Technical Skill Level

•         Experience in a training type role, ability to explain detailed steps and procedures

•         Consistent Work Ethic, and a Desire for Advancement

•         Must have worked minimum of 30 days at MAT Industries, LLC.

•         Proven Record of Attendance – which will be reviewed

•         No written warnings in the last 30 days: performance, quality, safety, or policies

•         Applicant will be required to become certified tester

•         Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift if needed
