We are currently hiring Production Assemblers and Welders. Production Assembler positions starting at $13.00/hour, Welder positions starting at $16.50 per hour and higher based on your experience.

In-person interviews for qualified candidates begin Tuesday 9/8 and will continue to run Monday through Thursday each week from 1pm-3pm and Friday’s 9am-11am.

Job Description:

• Set up and operate all CNC equipment in Aluminum Machining department
• Perform necessary adjustments to programming and tooling to ensure parts conform to necessary specifications
• Verify quality by using various types of measuring devices
• Willing to train/work in various positions in weld & assembly when needed.

Employee Specifications:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience a plus
• Must be able to read blue prints and gauges
• Must be able to utilize precision measuring instruments
• Must be able to use shop math, correct offsets and adjust tooling
• Must be willing to cross train on all CNC equipment
• Must be willing to change shifts to handle crisis situations
• Must be able to adhere to MAT’s policies and procedures
• Must keep work area in a safe and clean condition
• Proven record of attendance
• Consistent work ethic
