Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for tax analyst support at our Long Grove, IL office. Key responsibilities include tax return preparation for our LLC companies and assisting with various tax essential functions and projects.

Principle Responsibilities

• Prepares Federal, State and Local Income Tax Returns
• Sales and use tax, VAT, and GST
• Conducts basic tax research and analysis
• International income tax experience a plus
• Actively participates in special projects and process improvements for the department
• Assists with tax audit information requests
• Review intercompany transactions regarding withholding requirements and payments
• Supports by analyzing and responding to queries from various tax authorities
• Updates / maintains all spreadsheets and tax calendar
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Account or Finance preferred
• CPA Eligible preferred
• Proficient using MS Office suite, including Excel, Power Point and Access
• SAP experience a plus
