Job Description

Job Summary 

  • They will provide support to ensure that deliverables meet the customer’s requirements in a timely and effective manner. The associate program manager is typically the secondary interface with the customer and internal departments. Self- motivated, takes initiative and is willing to accept responsibilities for results and is charged with effectively managing that relationship.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Assists with the management of larger PM assignments by performing assigned tasks and managing the day-to-day activities of the cross-functional team.  
  • Develops planning of customer deliverables to include research, analysis, writing, document review, or task management
  • Closely monitors his/her assignments and ensures successful and timely completion of project tasks and responsibilities.
  • Monitors team progress and reports questions or concerns to the project manager.
  • Manages one or more smaller-scale PM assignments.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned required to contribute to our continued growth.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • 4 year degree required
  • 1-2 years full-time program/project management or related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, Powerpoint and Word.
  • SAP background a plus.
