Job Description

Job Summary

Performs various Human Resources clerical and administrative functions.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Answers telephone calls in a timely manner, direct calls and take messages
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices
  • Perform routine clerical functions such as logging, recording, filing as assigned
  • May pick up, sort and distribute mail within the office
  • Document all appropriate information clearly and in a timely manner
  • Enter daily production into SAP
  • Match packing slips with invoices and process bills for payment
  • Orders and maintains all required office supplies
  • Enter purchase orders in the system and produce the hard copies (SAP)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist in the on-boarding process by entering new employee bio-metrics into the time clock.
  • Assist in preparation of weekly time-cards      
  • Sends all HR related paperwork to the HR Generalist
  • Assist employees by forwarding questions and concerns to the HR Generalist

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma, Associates Degree preferred  
  • 5+ years’ experience working in office environment
  • Highly motivated and extremely well-organized.
  • Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook and should be proficient in SAP.
