• Your main goal will be to lead complex IT projects from initiating till delivery in a highly professional manner by using common project management methodologies. 
• You will closely collaborate with our CTO Fabian and COO Dieter on how to meet specified milestones and communicate with the stakeholders throughout the process. 
• In order to manage multiple projects, you will track the project progress and milestones providing relevant documentation and reports.
• You will be working closely with our customers PMs and stakeholders to ensure a seamless progress and you will be representing MADANA and our vision as a single point of contact.

• You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical orientation or a similar qualification through relevant working experience.
• You have a proven record of managing IT related projects for at least two years where you showed your ability to design, analyze and understand complex IT architectures.  
• Your communication skills are great in English and German (written and verbal) and you have a high level of dedication towards clear and on point communication.
• Our customers are spread out in Europe and the position does require for you to travel when needed.
• As a start-up, our team always needs to stay agile and you should adapt to a doer mentality in a high paced environment.
