Job Description
- You will develop a Go-2 Market Strategy in close collaboration with Christian (CEO) and Dieter (COO) and you are going to represent MADANA products and services in the market.
- Your main goal is going to be to identify new sales leads which are aligned to our vision and maintain a fruitful relationship with our customers.
- You will accompany your leads throughout the whole process from lead to paying customer and you will make sure our customers understand MADANAs value add to their business model.
- Our company network provides you with great partners such as Accenture and Capgemini which you can rely on for cooperation.
- As our product and services are very tech-driven, you will make sure to transfer the customer needs to our internal development team and work closely with Fabian (CTO).
- As the company grows, you will later on also be able to build and staff your own team to meet your goals.
Qualifications
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or a related field and a minimum of two years working experience in tech (preferably SaaS) or consultancy.
- You are an open passionate and driven person who is capable of understanding customer pain points and correlate these into business potential backed by technology services.
- You have a proven record of great communication skills (written and verbal) in a sales environment and you know your way around different presentations styles and tools to bring your point across as well in English as in German.
- As a start-up, our team always needs to stay agile and you should adapt to a doer mentality in a high paced environment.
