As a Recruitment Administrator at MACSEYE, you'll be joining a busy team in a role with a focus on recruitment onboarding.
You’ll be at the heart of our new employees successfully onboarding, taking ownership of a candidate once they've completed their compliance - all in compliance with employment laws, sector regulations, and company policies.
Join us on a fixed-term 6 month contract, in a hybrid role (3 days in East Melbourne, 2 remote) in a supportive team.
This role is for someone with incredible attention to detail, comfortable with using a varied tech stack (including Employment Hero and SmartRecruiters), who enjoys keeping busy with a time sensitive workload and takes initiative.

Job Description
You'll ensures a seamless, compliant, and supportive experience for candidates and new employees, helping them integrate successfully into the organisation. Responsible for managing documentation and record-keeping, creating employment contracts, and assisting new employees through the onboarding process, the role sits within a diversely skilled team who collaborate regularly, make strategic system improvements, and assist across a variety of areas.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring all compliance and documentation requirements are met
Maintain accurate and secure candidate records, contracts, and recruitment documentation in line with policy and legislation
Draft and issue compliant employment contracts, ensuring approvals and signatures are completed on time
Use ATS (SmartRecruiters) and HRIS (Employment Hero) tools to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping processes
Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and People Services to support a smooth recruitment experience
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment administration, contract preparation, and compliance checks (e.g. WWCC, police checks)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders
High integrity, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS systems
