Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Physician Relations Specialist Intern to join PracticeMatch, an M3 company.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following.

  • Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain their personal contact information and future practice desires.
  • Place outbound calls to physicians regarding future practice opportunities.
  • Inform physicians on PracticeMatch's career resources.
  • Receive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
  • Work independently to meet their daily and weekly quota of phone call attempts as well as physicians interviewed.
  • Produce 15 phone calls per hour

Qualifications

Education and Training:

  • High school degree or equivalent work experience; sales and/or customer support preferred.
  • Must be currently enrolled at a college or university

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • Superior listening skills and professional phone communication
  • Experience using LinkedIn.
  • Possesses self- motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals.
  • Efficient communication skills are required in order to be successful.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail, as the job consists of data entry of information received from physician.
