Job Description

The Data Analyst will support the company by providing data services and insights that sustain M3’s market research business.  This role will manage our panel data and support our sales, project management, and panel management teams by defining and fulfilling panel data requests.  The Data Analyst will also manage the quality and consistency of our panel data by executing procedures to clean and standardise that data. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day data needs of internal clients by performing database lookups, matching lists, panel counts, exclusion lists, and other tasks related to reporting the makeup and behavior of our panel and external database for all markets (Except US).
  • Identify and address data quality problems by eliminating duplicates and standardizing data sets.  Perform other data cleaning activities.
  • Manage procedure and workflows as they relate to the data quality of the panel.  Working with the panel management team, participate in panel analysis and optimization activities.
  • Builds and manages internal data tools, supporting the panel management and recruitment teams.
  • Develop, test and implement new approaches and functions, both project-specific and general, improving and streamlining existing procedures.
  • Loi Bertrand - Submit the data to the French Government platform on monthly basis.
  • Maintain, develop, optimize recurring and/or ad hoc business performance reports based on business needs
  • Produce weekly and monthly business performance reports including but not limited to:
    • Client Satisfaction Report
    • Translation usage report
  • Use data from business performance reports to provide detailed, insightful and meaningful information to key stakeholders.
  • resolve inquiries, offer precise information, and maintain a friendly and professional approach to all types of requests.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:        

  • Explore new platforms and software packages as needed.
  • Work directly with internal clients on high complexity projects.

 

Qualifications

Candidate must be proficient in Excel and have basic SQL understanding.
