Mission of the Role: 

The mission as a Junior Healthcare Market Researcher in Qualitative Methods is to generate valuable insights and intelligence that help our healthcare clients make informed strategic decisions. In this role, you will work closely with our market research team to apply qualitative research methods and analyze data that will enable our clients to optimize their products, services and marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting qualitative market research studies in the areas of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology & diagnostics
  • Project management, selection of methods, creation of questionnaires, conducting individual interviews and group discussions
  • Conception, preparation and presentation of results reports
  • Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Requirements:

  •  A completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's), preferably in economics with a focus on marketing / market research, social sciences, communication science or psychology.
  • Ideally, first professional experience in market research or the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry (e.g. in the form of an internship or as a student trainee)
  • Curiosity
  • Business fluent German & very good English skills
  • Structured and careful way of working and enjoy working in a team
