Job Description

This role is part of RotaMaster, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which has been providing online workforce management tools to health & care organisations since 1999. We’re always growing our product offering and moving into new markets.  As of late 2020, we have two core products on the market – RotaMaster and Rotify.

In 2022 we won 50+ new customers, and our revenues have grown by over 30% in the last two years – so it’s a really exciting time to join our small, dedicated sales team. 

Day to day, you’ll be;

  • Building a pipeline – prospecting Primary, Community and Residental Care customers
  • Working with our Marketing Team, following up on marketing leads, presenting webinars and being the front door to our business for new customers 
  • Growing our existing accounts – upselling additional software modules, training and consultancy services
  • Demonstrating RotaMaster, closing sales and bringing new customers onboard
  • Collaborating with our Product and Customer Success teams to ensure that we’re delivering what our customers want
  • Being our ‘ear to the ground’ – attending conferences, keeping pace with market changes and being aware of our competitors

You can work from our offices in Leeds and Wakefield, or be home based – it’s up to you. Occasional travel to customer sites and our offices will be needed.

Qualifications

  • Great communication and people skills
  • A solid understanding of UK Healthcare markets
  • Good forward planning and organisational skills – especially pipeline management (HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated – keen to drive your own success with the right support
  • Experience of selling software – ERP/WFM – to healthcare organisations
  • 5 years sales experience in SAAS/Software
