Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales representatives, and other departments. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service. This position will assist with design, pricing, and presentation of business solutions.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:

    • Assist the sales team in managing leads, processing orders, and preparing sales documents.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  2. Client Communication:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
    • Handle client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to project implementation.
    • Address and resolve client issues or concerns in collaboration with other departments.
  3. Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain and update ERP system with client information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
    • Organize and maintain sales-related files, records, and documentation.
  4. Coordination and Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team, project management department, procurement department and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and objectives.
    • Coordinate with the installation and technical support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
    • Support the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  5. Market and Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant information to the sales team.
    • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s security products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
