Job Description

As Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing marketing and sales enablement strategies for our market-leading Customer Data Platform products. If you enjoy analyzing market and competitive trends, influencing market influencers, collaborating with your peers from across the company and never let obstacles get in the way of success, you will love this position. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the fun, crazy world of driving go-to-market strategies, launching new products, and helping a growing company with a huge market opening to scale explosively. Candidates with enterprise software marketing experience, a passion for winning and a team-first attitude are strongly desired.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Champion product positioning, validate messaging, and evangelize our product offerings both internally and externally (with customers, partners, industry analysts, press, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering and Data Science teams to harvest, translate and package powerful use cases and value stories and bring them to market

  • Perform market research to discover and analyze competitive offerings, develop and maintain knowledge base of competitive intelligence and deliver regular internal briefings and enablement on the competitive landscape

  • Drive go-to-market execution for launches and feature updates by building and scaling go-to-market launch plans and playbooks

  • Mentor our sales team on highlighting Lytics’ value and beating our competitors through regular enablement efforts

  • Be one of the best at presenting the Lytics story, demoing the product, and talking about our fit in the general martech and customer data platform space

  • Collaborate across the company but also within Marketing - including with Field Marketing for a variety of events, Demand Gen for helping ideate on campaigns and speaking opportunities and the Content team for helping create top-notch assets

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5 years of B2B, software/SaaS product marketing experience

  • Highly motivated energetic self starter who thrives in a rapidly changing environment

  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, presentation and leadership skills

  • Mastery of presentation and analysis tools

  • Able to analyze and evaluate business issues and document go-to-market plans

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience on cross-functional teams and interacting with technical, non-technical, professional and executive levels

  • Additional marketing, sales/sales enablement, martech (e.g. CRM, marketing automation) experience is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree, with MBA a plus
