As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving quality leads which will convert to pipeline, through the development and execution of highly targeted account and role-based digital marketing campaigns. You will build lead acquisition programs, coordinating design, copy and execution across multiple channels including email, web, social and advertising. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and passionate about the data – ready to dig in to ensure audience targeting, nurturing, and pipeline targets are being achieved.

Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to build and manage campaigns to support full-lifecycle relationship marketing programs including account-based campaigns, event campaigns, webinars, and prospect/customer communications
Own and execute paid search and social demand programs to drive acquisition of quality leads in support of overall pipeline targets
Own the marketing funnel and help optimize the lead management process from lead capture to follow-up and sales handover
Assist with measurement, analysis and reporting of campaign performance against pipeline goals and budget, and provide analysis to the business
Assist sales operations in overall database management, list segmentation, and account scoring
Support field marketing/field sales events with digital programs to drive awareness, participation and follow-up
Write copy for emails, web pages, blogs, and other content formats
Work in partnership with internal resources to develop content, such as blog posts, technical guides, articles, webinars and demo videos
4+ years of hands-on experience running lead generation across multiple channels, with a specific focus on account-based marketing
Proficient with marketing technologies, including marketing automation, web content management, CRM (preferably salesforce.com), ad targeting platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
Working knowledge running paid advertising and remarketing in Google, Linkedin and other ad targeting platforms
Exceptional program management and written communication skills
Strong collaborator and comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders to drive success
Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
