Job Description

Lytics is seeking an experienced, high-energy Director of Business Development - Agency Channel, with a proven track record of business development through the channel. As the individual who represents Lytics to new and existing agency and holding company partners, this person must be versatile, demonstrating strengths as a prospector and manager of existing relationships to ensure their success. This position is one third sales, one third account management and one third partner enablement, so you should be comfortable wearing many hats.

About the Opportunity

 

  • Strategically educate all alliance channel partners on the Lytics value proposition
  • Create and successfully execute account plans, strategy and go-to-market plans for agency targets
  • Cultivate relationships at all levels including C-level and day-to-day influencers at Agency targets
  • Consistently generate new business opportunities through all strategic partnerships
  • Lead business reviews to drive agency and channel engagement
  • Enable partners on the platform
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to develop your core understanding of Lytics full suite of services
  • Work effectively managing and selling to various channels, including sell-to, sell-with and sell-through channels, this would include, Digital Agencies and Agency holding companies, System Integrators as well as technology and development partners

Qualifications

  • You have a 5+ years of SaaS/Technology data or analytics experience with agencies.

  • You are collaborative - you can work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to develop your core understanding of Lytics value proposition to agencies and partners.

  • You are comfortable presenting to all levels including C-level and decision makers.

  • You consistently out-perform goals while maintaining a strong sense of team collaboration.

  • You successfully navigate organizations of all sizes to build strong relationships.

  • You are known for your tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and commitment.

  • You enjoy learning technology, but can translate that into value for clients/prospects.

  • You are curious, insightful, and perceptive.
