Job Description

We are looking for Travel Sales Consultants to join our customer sales team in our offices in Southbank.

Luxury Escapes Travel Consultants are responsible for the successful management of sales activity and overall customer experience for our highly engaged member base - managing a high volume of inbound calls, you will be tasked and targeted on selling our packages to our customers, helping them to create an incredible travel experience with Luxury Escapes!

You will be responsible for:

  • Take inbound calls from engaged customers and convert them into bookings.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to maximise booking value.
  • Own your pipeline: follow up fast, close effectively.
  • Hit and exceed daily & monthly targets.
  • Thrive in a team that celebrates success and rewards performance.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Proven success in a target-driven sales role (industry doesn’t matter: telco, insurance, retail, car sales, real estate - if you can sell, you can win here).
  • Hungry, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
  • Resilient and energetic - you love the buzz of closing deals.
  • Flexible availability across 7 am–10 pm shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport fast and closes with confidence.
