Job Description
· Provide pre-and post-sale product consulting, technical support, and service to key customers, key distributors, and sales personnel on all Lumotive products - on-site, via phone, web-meeting, and email as appropriate
· Assist with pre-sales proof of concepts by remotely configuring, supporting, and testing the LiDAR product at customer sites
· Partner with engineers at the customer site to better understand their pain points and needs. Establish Lumotive’s product as a solution that solves the customer's challenges.
· Lead technical post-sales duties including implementing, configuring, and mounting the sensor at the customer site. Provide long term onsite support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Provide technical product and solution training to customers and distributors
· Maintain technical documents and documentation on Lumotive's products
· Participate in all product, procedural, and sales trainings hosted by Lumotive’s engineering teams to ensure up to date knowledge on new product features and enhancements
· Gather and document detailed solution requirements and communicate customer feedback to internal engineering teams
· Maintain a detailed and expert knowledge of relevant standards, technologies, and specifications
· Required to travel domestically and globally up to 25%
Qualifications
· BS / MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
· Experience with CAD software (i.e.: Solidworks) and programming (Python) desired
· Experience with LiDAR sensors, computer vision, or sensor fusion
· Experience with HW/SW troubleshooting
· Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team setting
· Experience preparing and presenting technical reports and presentations
· Able to organize design reviews and lead technical discussions with internal and external partners.
Additional Information
Pay range estimate $75,000 to $100,000 + Bonus + Equity depending on experience.
