Role Description

EXPERIENCE WITH PEOPLESOFT TO ADP IS  HIGHLY PREFERRED. PAYROLL MODULE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This is a contract role for a Peoplesoft to ADP Conversion Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for executing data conversions, analyzing business processes, and providing expert advice on human capital management systems. Day-to-day tasks will involve detailed data analysis, mapping and transformation processes, and ensuring seamless integration between Peoplesoft and ADP platforms. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Conversion experience
• Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes
• Consulting experience with a focus on Human Capital Management
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Experience with Peoplesoft and ADP systems is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field
