Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development/Account Operations Advisor to support Lumin's continued growth across New Zealand's market. Your responsibilities will include generating new sales and client opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering exceptional customer support to our existing clients. Additionally, you will assist the General Manager with client & account services and operational support where needed. We are primarily looking to hire within the Bay of Plenty district but are open to considering other locations for the right candidate.
The focus of the role will be centered around:
- Sales and Business Development
- Account Operations
- Reporting and Analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or account management role, preferably in the aged care, retirement living or software / technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and client development targets and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically, identify creative solutions and be confident with Technology.
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot and data analytics tools like LinkedIn etc.
- Knowledge of the aged care and retirement living sector in New Zealand is an advantage.
