Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of college education.
  • Preferred experience in call centers or related customer service roles.
  • At least five years of cumulative work experience in any professional capacity.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for active listening and strong comprehension skills.
  • Technically inclined with a background in handling technical issues.
  • A neutral accent is acceptable, while proficiency in Australian or UK accents is advantageous.
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail, exhibits strong organizational skills, remains focused under pressure, and adeptly manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Lives in Baguio City or nearby towns. This is where our office will be located.
