Head of Engineering

  • Full-time

Company Description

Lumi isn't your typical fintech. We move fast. With over $1.5B+ funded to 15,000+ small businesses, we're now gearing up for our next stage of hypergrowth—and we need a Head of Engineering who can accelerate us there. As our technical and people leader, you'll ensure our ambitious product roadmap becomes reality. You'll guide 15+ engineers, partner with Product and Design on strategic roadmaps, and ensure our platform evolves as fast as our ambitions—and the ambitions of the small business owners we fund. You'll need the technical chops (full-stack, microservices, AWS) and the people instincts to know when to implement structure and when to get out of the way. At Lumi, we value egos at the door, think lean, see the customer, and learn to grow. If you're ready to lead with both technical excellence and genuine humility in a culture that puts impact over hierarchy, let's build the future of small business finance together.
