Job Description

Managing and owning the marketing and communications strategy. We mean it - it's your baby, do with it as you see fit. We're a demanding bunch though, so make sure you are ready  to be the one that owns the function. This has lots of benefits (for the right person) and come with significant budget and artistic freedom. Just make sure it works....and if it doesn't, we all learn from it and do better next time. It's ok to fail - just make you can tell us what you learnt.

Running marketing campaigns aligning them with sales activities is key. You will have an oversight into the Marketing budgets, Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Team with the Digital Marketing team to contribute to the communications, branding, event management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Development and implementation of the marketing calendars and campaigns each season inclusive of strategic and budgeting plans
  2. End-to-end management of local events
  3. Manage, track and coordinate all marketing activities within our industry (lending)
  4. Planning and implementing visual merchandising as well as related marketing activities
  5. Work with and manage our public relations agencies
  6. Contribute to the writing, editing, and proofing of content for all publications, platforms and channels
  7. Work with our head of growth and digital marketing to ensure that comms and marketing are aligned to Digital where possible

You

This is a role that's defined by how much you put in. There are some things that you'll need in order to be considered;

  1. Experience. We can't train, you train us
  2. An interest in financial services and working in a interesting area of the market
  3. Experience working with graphic designers, an understanding of graphic design and experience working with PR and Ad agencies
  4. Really good written and verbal communication skills
  5. We'd like you to have a little 'control freak' in you. If it doesn't work or look good, it's down to you to fix it
  6. Strong ability to multi-task across various Projects
  7. If you've used Hubspot before...that's bonus!
