We'd like you to be a super-energetic BDM/Sales person who loves talking and being talked at. You live to, well, live on the phone and feel sad when you're not closing deals. You love money and will work hard to get it. That being said, you also love inbound leads and warm clients because you know that it's the quickest way to make your targets.

We take lots of calls from SME's who would like to borrow some money. Your job is to find out why, if they can afford it and then pass it on to the credit team. Easy! Your day will look like:

  • Taking inbound, qualified loan applications from small and medium sized businesses
  • Collecting information on the call so the credit team can make a quick decisions
  • Developing strong relationships with clients in order to establish on-going business
  • Ethically making decisions that are good for the client
  • Add to the culture - noisey on the phone? That's fine!
  • Go for lunch at Westfield and maybe do some shopping with your commission checks

We like our people to work together in the office, so if you're looking for time off or work from home, this is not for you. We want HUNGRY sales people.
